How much does shipping cost?

    • We're starting off shipping to the EU, but if you're outside the EU please send us a message to see what we can do.

Can I cancel or change my order?

All orders are final, but we do have a best endeavours approach to our customers.  If you need to cancel or change your order after placement please contact us, and we'll see what we can do. 

We highly encourage you to use our Sizing Charts before ordering, and if you have any questions please contact us.

Can I order outside of the EU?

We're starting off with just EU customers (as a Dutch based company), but if you're outside the EU please send us a message and we'll see what we can do.

 

When will I get my package?

Shipping within 5-7 business days.

My item looks different?

While every effort is made to have the product exactly match the photo on our website or Instagram, these are hand made products and different batches of fabric, and stitching, may result in the sweater looking every so slightly different.

 

Returns

I've bought the wrong size?

Our order policy is all orders are final, so please do make sure to use our Sizing Chart.  If you have any questions in advance of an order please do ask, and feel free to send us a photo of your Pooch.  We can give feedback and recommendations upon what sizing may be best.

Care & Wear

Are the Sweaters machine washable?

Yes.  Our sweaters are made from high quality fabrics, only fit for humans, and locally sourced.  We recommend using a 30c cold wash.
